CONFIDENTIALITY

​

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information during the consultation session. Destinationsby-E.com agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the clients credit card, debit card, and personal information on file including, full name, passport, birth date, email address, home address, and phone number. Your information will be used for booking purposes only.

 

• Clients don't have the right to claim ownership of any itinerary information provided by Destinationsby-E.com on any of their social media platforms or websites. ​​

 

 

BOOKING PROCESS

 

• The Travel Planner acts as an intermediary between clients and various service providers such as accommodations, tour operators, and transportation companies.

 

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider. The Travel Planner cannot guarantee availability until bookings are confirmed by the service provider.

 

• Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including personal details and travel preferences. The Travel Planner will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions provided by the client.

 

• There are no extra charges for any last minute modifications to the client bookings or reservations. The client must inform Destionationsby-E at least 24 hrs in advance for any changes they wish to modify.

 

• Destinationsby-E.com agrees to provide travel consultation services to the clients, including recommendations of accommodations, transportation, activities, tours, restaurants and nightlife. A detailed itinerary planner, and other travel-related services as mutually agreed upon. (Depending on clients choices) Clients who fill out the inquiry form less than a month in advance of their trip will not be qualified.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

 

• All prices quoted are in the currency specified, services will only resume when payment(s) are received.

• Clients are required to pay a $25 consultation fee upfront. The fee will be deducted from the total of your service price. The rest can be paid before departure date. 

 

• Clients are required to make full payment at the time of booking, as specified by the Travel Planner and/or service provider.

 

• Payment methods accepted to the Travel Planner include; credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Zelle and other methods as agreed upon.

• ​Prices vary depending on the length of your vacation stay. You will be charged more than what is posted on the site, if your vacation stay is one week or more.

 

• Additional charges, such as taxes, fees, surcharges, and service charges, may apply to bookings and are the responsibility of the client.

 

• Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of bookings without notice.

 

 

CANCELLATION

 

• Deposit, service fees, and cancellation fees are non-refundable. If clients wish to cancel their itinerary bookings they can process all cancellation themselves or Pay a cancellation processing fee of $100 to Destinationsby-E to complete the process. 

 

• Clients are advised to review the cancellation policies of each service provider before making bookings.

 

• Destinationsby-E is not responsible for any cancellation fees from service providers.

 

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy of the service provider such as airlines, hotels, airbnbs, tour operators, and transportation companies and may be subject to administrative fees. In other words, service providers may charge a cancellation fee if reservations are canceled after reserving specific dates. You may not receive a full refund from certain service providers.

 

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND INSURANCE

 

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, and other travel documents required for their journey.

 

• The Travel Planner may provide assistance and information regarding travel documents, but ultimately, it is the client's responsibility to obtain and verify the necessary documents.

 

• It is strongly recommended that clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggages.

 

 

LIABILITY

• The Travel Planner recommendations are based on information provided by the client. While the client is at their destination, the Travel Planner is not responsible nor liable for any changes in travel plans, availability, or any issues that arise from a third-party service. 

 

• Destinationsby-E acts only as an intermediary and does not assume liability for the acts, omissions, or negligence of service providers.

 

• Destinationsby-E will not be liable for any losses, damages, sicknesses, injuries, or inconveniences arising from the use of services provided by third-party service providers.

 

• Clients are advised to review the terms and conditions of service providers, including their liability policies, before engaging with their services.

 

 

GENERAL

 

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and the Travel Planner and supersede any previous agreements or understandings.

 

• The Travel Planner reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Destinationsby-E website or other communication channels.​
